What is a Virtual Visit Friend?
A Virtual Visit Friend is a volunteer eager to get to know and spend time with a resident through short video visits. Our flexible platform and network of hundreds of qualified volunteers worldwide make it possible for assisted living facilities to schedule a Virtual Visit Friend for any day, at any time–and for volunteers to pick a time that works best for them.

How It Works
Once a facility requests a visit, a notification is sent to volunteers available at the requested time. When a volunteer signs up for the visit, both the facility and the volunteer are sent a confirmation message with a link to the video call that activates at the time of the visit.

If you would like to become a Virtual Visit Friend, click the link to sign up. Once approved, you will receive a welcome email with next steps and our orientation materials.
